Room Promotions

Present targeted offers for selected rooms and packages, with set dates and pricing.

• In the booking engine's Room Promotions tab, set a title and description, accommodation package, participating rooms, validity dates, price and per-night or per-stay billing basis. Offers can be enabled or disabled. When the public booking page is enabled and the request meets the offer's conditions, the offer can be presented to guests. Availability still depends on physical rooms and existing reservations; an offer does not bypass occupancy checks.
• Staff and guests see the same offer with clear terms. It does not bypass availability or change the hotel's entire rate list.
